After a night on unbelievably hard bed we woke up in a so-so but foggy weather. Most of our stuff is still wet, weather doesn’t look so good. We decided to go back. We don’t have time to stay there and wait for better weather because we have to be back at university from Monday.

We packed all the stuff took a bus back to Zhangjiajie, bought train tickets from Zhangjiajie to Beijing and some stuff to eat. 24 hours in train ahead of us!

Saying goodbye to Zoe, really nice Chinese girl who gave us many recommendations, taught us some Chinese words and gave us many recommendations. Thank you one more time, Zoe!

We went to a cable car in city centre to buy tickets to Tianmen mountain. We were trying really hard to get student discount but without any chance. So we had to pay full price :-/

Weather seemed to be pretty OK, but while we were going up by bus somewhere to the middle of mountain, the weather started changing a lot. First, it started raining. So we thought, with rain we can make it anyway. …

We woke up early morning because we wanted to to to Guilin but at the bus station we changed our mind and stayed in Guilin. Because we didn’t have breakfast in hostel we decided to go to West street to take a breakfast. To be honest, our plan was to leave our bikes in the bus station (this is really long story) but while we are having breakfast we got a message if we returned the bikes :-D so we went to the place we rented bikes and returned them. Then we just walked to the bus station and took a bus to the airport. We got a lot of free time here, so we’re just trying to kill that time somehow. Can’t wait to be in Zhangjiajie! …

We woke up early morning to catch a bus going to those rice terraces. Because the bus was almost empty it didn’t go on highway but on a really fucked up road. So we expected it’s gonna be really fucked up day… And we were right. We spend much more time in the bus than expected, we got angry to each other and we were fuckin’ unprepared.

When we arrived, we were complaining about entrance tickets, then we had to change bus. We just got in, it was really dangerous way in hills, the driver drove that car like he stole it. In that bus we started shouting at each other and people in the bus were just peering at us. We were really angry and nervous because we weren’t sure what the fuck is going on. We got off the bus and after a short discussion we decided we’re not gonna give up so we entered and tried to enjoy the terrace together. It was really unbelievable. It’s masterpiece. …

Just another relaxing day in Yangshuo. Quite heavy rain in the morning, so we just took breakfast in our hostel and went back to our room to relax a bit more. In the afternoon we just rented bikes and were riding along the rivers and enjoying nice nature, fresh air and sunset.

After few days I finally slept quite good. The day started with an another small crisis between us. To be together all days all nights, different temperaments, different preferences… Sometimes it gets really crazy. But building strong relationships means getting over these problems again and again. I feel we are becoming really close friends every day.

After few hours of sleep we just took taxi and went to the airport. We got some problems with our luggage but we figured it out… We came to Guilin airport and took a bus going to Yangshuo.

Fuckin’ bad sleep in our room. We were woken thousand times again because a Chinese girl in our room always complains about some shit. Why the fuck these people sleep in shared rooms if they have stupid requirements…

We ‘woke up’ before 7am again to catch our train from Chengdu to Leshan. Everything is fuckin’ far away here, which already annoys me. This morning, we were in hurry but we are traveling with a cool guy from Argentina who we met in our hostel.

After arrival we took a public bus to get there. …

Today we woke up early morning, took breakfast and went to the panda reservation. It’s recommended to go there between 9–10am because we can see them eating and playing. This recommendation was right. We really enjoyed the morning and in the afternoon all of them were sleeping again. And the small ones, they were soooo cute!
