The best damn thing to eat in Tempe today

There’s a lot of savory flavor in the Valley of the Sun. There’s everything from tacos and burritos from greasy food trucks to top of the line steaks and cocktail bars downtown. I’m not knocking any of these fine Phoenician dining experiences, but the best damn thing to eat is in Tempe.
Do yourself a favor and go on down to Four Peaks, get yourself your favorite beer (we all have one from there) and order the Green Chile Pork Poutine for $10. You may think you shouldn’t add the over easy egg for a $1.50, but you should.
Fries, white cheddar cheese curds, green chiles and pork are mixed in to the finest gravy to make the most delectable poutine you’ll ever experience.
It has a bold spiciness that is counterbalanced by perfect textured and sized curds. The brewery’s fries are already delicious on their own, but the way they soak up the gravy is just… yum.
So head to Tempe and grab this appetizer for yourself. No sharing. Just eat it as a meal with a beer or two and thank me later.
