Out of 24 hours in a day you tend to use 18

You do your daily chores, you study, you work

You know you want to reach ‘there’

And you work harder and harder

They praise you for your work, inspire you to go higher and higher

And you, you being diligent you, the dreamer

Work harder and harder

— — –

And then is the story of Samsara into Samsara

A vicious and never-ending cycle of work and life

Missing only one thing The Balance

— — —

You fight with yourself, you strive for excellence

You slog, you struggle, you fail, you collapse

You still want to work harder and harder

With one goal of reaching ‘there’

And then you kill yourself

— — — —

Then you hate everyone in the world

You hate yourself, your boss, your company, your friends, your family

But wait, this is what we call ‘Stress’

— — — —

When going gets tougher and tougher

Remember only one thing — Take a Break

Give time to yourself, declutter your mind

You are important, you are a human

Take care of yourself!

— — — — — –

When in life you face such situations

Remember step number one — ‘Balance’

Remember those great masters tell you to control your breath

And you made fun of them

They are still there, telling you to balance yourself

Eat good food, control your breath, exercise

And take care of yourself!
