Yes, it could be safe to say React will be innovating faster. It’s their DNA. That doesn’t necessarily matter much for longer term success trajectory, as the good innovations will be adopted to subsequent systems. Also, a lot of for the innovation is cross platform in that space (e.g. Redux). Bigger software projects even appreciate a slower, more conservative churn.
