Pro-ISIS Twitter account handler Mehdi Masroor Biswas confesses to crime

A man, who purportedly operated an ISIS trwitter handle, has been arrested by police. The man called as Mehdi Masroor Biswas who lives in Bangalore used to recruit Jehadis for ISIS.
