At this point, after the process of “empathising” we had to define the main problem we were going to solve, by gathering all the information that the experts and the professionals had offered us.

According to the feedback we received, everyone was eager to reuse old or recycled fabrics and contribute to solving the problem of textile waste, but their main concern was the difficult procedure of finding reusable supplies and the big cost.

This is where we realised we needed to focus more on the perspective of the professionals that were going to get their supplies from us and find new ways to attract more of them in this sustainable way of working, so that we can create a small circle of professional practices that will contribute to the prevention of wasting more textiles. As we realised, solving the problem of textile waste by itself was overly ambitious and unrealistic of us.
