Overnight chia seeds chocolate pudding
Get organised on your high protein breakfast
Ingredients: 250 cl of semi skimmed milk 250 cl of water 100 grams of chia seeds 2 tablespoons cocoa 2 tablespoons shredded coconut 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla sugar 1/4 teaspoon of seasalt
Dissolve the cocoa in some warm milk, then add the rest of the milk and water. Make sure all cocoa is mixed well and there are no lumps. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Poor the mixture in 3 cup size glasses or jars and cover with some thin foil. Place in fridge for a whole night an let the chia seeds absorb the liquids. For 3 days you will find a tasty breakfast welcoming you in the morning ready for you to eat and enjoy. A small effort and you are set to go for 3 mornings in a row.
