Dave, nice update! I too would like to see the Pain/Gain sections back, for a few reasons: first, the Pain section (for me) aligns with customer journey mapping when working out the touchpoints on the journey, and helps bring out possible actionable moments or activities. On the other side, the Gain(s) I have used to start formulating “product benefits” or “value propositions” when moving into a business model canvas or other stages of developing a product or service. Good stuff from you (and to you), as always, and who says iterative sprints have to be only in 2 week cycles! — Dean Meyers
