America is a huge pop culture world. Music and fashion rule in this land and people are not afraid to go all out to prove it. In many cases we see people taking parts of a culture that they aren’t affiliated with, and play off of it. To the person it might seem like harmless fun, but it could potentially be unnerving to anyone in the culture that sees.
