I saw, and highlighted, two instances I would capitalize.
I have always harbored a grievance against the journalism industry that made it a rule to not capitalize the word when speaking of the American-created ethnicity, Black. The name was born in the crucible of the Black Power, Civil Rights Movements and Vietnam. It is a political and Identity name. Because it was linked to power, it had to be minimized, and has been in print journalism to this day.
I love you!
