Reading this, I couldn’t help remembering the famous quote “If the problem has a solution, worrying is pointless, in the end the problem will be solved. If the problem has no solution, there is no reason to worry, because it can’t be solved.”
While this one is attributed to Oriental philosophy, I feel it fits the ideas of stoicism as well. Aurelius’ “Meditations” had already been on my to-read list, but I’ll probably prioritize it over others. Every time I read an article about this book, I feel I need to go through it.
