The Story About .NET Cross Platform UI Frameworks
Lex Li

I have very good experience with NoesisGUI in two words it’s a cross-platform WPF (with ~99% API coverage or so). Similar to Avalonia, but very mature (it’s actively developed since maybe 2012 or so).
Currently it’s only a UI library (with integrations with various game engines, it was incepted as a game UI middleware (written in C++) so the performance is really good — already better than WPF/UWP), but they have plans to make an Application Framework on it so it will be easy to port WPF/UWP applications everywhere with minimal changes.
