I can relate to this part the most.
I’m part of the millennials. Most of us spend years of doing almost nothing through college, get a comfortable salary right after, and if we get bored we have so many ways to keep ourselves busy.
I’m looking way back to my family and they got stuff done, real stuff, not “10k followers on instagram” just because the feeling of doing nothing got them uncomfortable.
We don’t feel that anymore. We post a selfie, get 10–50–100 likes and feel fulfilled: “Another Good Day!”
Benjamin P. Hardy, I’m curious, do you consider Medium articles reading (in small amounts, of course) as time well spent? Thank you!
