Reading before going to bed is a healthy habit. I would recommend that to anyone!
I prefer ending my workday with a full review in the evening. For me, this is the moment when I draw a line, leaving the work at work and enjoy the rest of my evening, guilt free, along family and friends.
In the morning, with my evening notes and the weekly schedule, I’m planning the day for success. Having a clear plan, I savour breakfast as a loading phase before getting to work.
