TYPOGRAPHIC WEIGHTS

TYPOGRAPHIC VOICE EXERCISE For this word I tried both serif and san serif fonts to see whether or not they held different connotations when expressing the same word. For a word like “tradition”, it is definitely more conducive to serif fonts because of the history. Serif fonts are associated with printmaking and therefore the word tradition seems to fit well. Especially with the serifs on the letters that extend upward really give the word more interest.
