Driven by my passion for programming and fueled by my desire to learn, I eagerly enrolled in Sparta Coding Club. As a mechanical engineer, I’ve longed to delve into coding and software design for webpages and beyond. I’m profoundly grateful for the opportunities extended by Sparta Coding Club and am excited about the boundless possibilities awaiting me.
Key Concepts I Learned today:
HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT:
Within just one week, I delved deeply into the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. grasping how these languages synergize significantly broadened my skill set.
Bootstrap Magic:
Discovering Bootstrap was truly transformative for me. The convenience of crafting responsive designs and the extensive array of pre-designed components elevated my project significantly. Bootstrap’s streamlined grid system and wide range of styling choices simplified my entire development workflow immensely.
THE FIRST WEEK PROJECT:
I was fortunate to apply my newly gained programming knowledge in a hands-on project – a one-page shopping mall. The project included adding a function where pressing the order button triggers an alert saying “Your order is complete!” While this may be a basic project for seasoned programmers, as a mechanical engineering student, it brought me immense joy as I grasped fundamental programming concepts and created my own webpage.
Conclusion
My initial week at Sparta Coding Club has been absolutely remarkable. I’m filled with a sense of accomplishment and an unquenchable thirst for more knowledge. I eagerly look forward to the next stage of this coding journey!
