Good thought Kuriakose! It is the system to be blamed. The whole IT industry is screwed up with the high bills everyone pays for the resources. It is not any other aspect of operation that is hurting but the resources or talent. Experienced talent got to be poached from the ecosystem/competition. Companies need to reach into their deep pockets to do it and gets burned out. Investors know this fact and that is the reason so much free money is flowing into the system. Entrepreneurs are forced to grow the valuation at any cost because if they have to survive and grow, they got to attract good talent and entrepreneurs are forced to keep on raising capital. It has gotten to be a money game more than building a company. The whole bubble has to burst and the free ride for the IT resources has to stop if we are to see any meaningful act from entrepreneurs. Until then, all we will see is entrepreneurs only striving to raise money to keep afloat!
How some IIT & IIM graduates are ruining it for all of us in the startup world
