Nice article, I wasn't aware that the problem is this big.
We had no choice but to tackle Social Marketing in-house when we started out. The process was daunting and more to the point constantly changes so to keeping up to speed is a job in itself. Understanding the techniques and trying to stay ahead is an ongoing task and if taken seriously cannot be put to the side.
Thank heavens for automation platforms to assist in the ongoing management — thats before we get onto the subject of content marketing on top of all this.
Social Marketing is serious but doesn’t seem to be taken as seriously as it should — maybe this is the reason for such a gap?!
