Are you feeling mentally suffocated, like the whole world is sucking oxygen out of your entire body? Do you feel like giving up and letting go of everything because you’re carrying something too heavy, and the earth’s gravity is pulling you down so strong you can’t even stand properly? Does it hurt your chest just to breath in and breath out? Are you feeling so small when walking down the street along the crowded rows? Are you starting to enjoy staying in the dark because the light reminds you of the harsh reality of life that is trying to kill your own self-esteem bit by bit? Are you feeling so insecure because no one gets what it’s like? And it doesn’t get better, right? Everything is just going wrong. It will never get better; and even if you somehow survive the day, tomorrow you’re gonna do it all over again. Alone. And weak.

This is just to let you know if you’re reading this, and that is what is happening in your head right now, probably we’re going through the same hell.

Although I can’t know fully how your scenario right now is choking you to death, I do understand what it’s like when no one sees what you see, and you just can’t describe your situation to anyone. You keep it to yourself. Because it doesn’t get any better.

If you happen to be reading this, I just want to let you know that someone somewhere in this planet is also going through this too. It doesn’t get better; you hate your life, but probably it’s meant to be like this for some reasons. You are what you are right now because of what you are going through. It’s always been a rough journey, but if you can get over it this time, you’ll survive anything ahead. Life doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger. The tougher the situation you face in your life, the more your intellectual capacity develops . Let’s say, if bad things happen, learn to take advantage of these things.

You’re probably a little unsteady right now. Exhausted. Sick.

You should take a break. Relax a little bit. Then fight it all over again.

Whenever you feel like the whole world is sucking oxygen out of your body again, please come back and read this piece of writing again. I want to let you know that I know how it feels to not be able to say your story out loud. I know how it feels when all you’ve got is your own self, fighting alone. But you’re not fighting alone; I mean you are not alone having a bad time that can’t be explained because I’m also fighting some sort of battle you know nothing about too.

Whenever you feel alone, think of me. I mean we can be alone together.
