The vegetable which must not be named

We all love the Pomodoro Technique. It turns out whoever came up with the name, decided to file a trademark and threatens to sue everybody who utters word “Pomodoro” in pretty much anything. (Book, app, presentation…)

We just renamed our app, Pomodoro One, to Tomato One.

Mr. Pomodoro, you have one hell of a business model. Perhaps trademark some more vegetables, it will make you truckloads of money.

Anyway, I have a proposal. Let’s call it Tomato Technique. It’s easier to pronounce, easier to remember and you won’t get sued if you make an app with the word Tomato.
