Sweet Baby Inc Extortion Racket? The dangers of Mass Delusions and abusive Social Proof.

These changes are the direct result of the interference and guidance of such teams. Game science teams refuse to communicate with these groups and reject their interference. Most importantly, they refuse to pay the exorbitant $7 million in guidance fees. This is the direct reason why they are being attacked and slandered. Some justifications are based on the team’s lack of diversity or representation, which doesn’t align with the political correctness standards. A typical example is an article by a major IGN writer criticizing “Hogwarts Legacy” and refusing to evaluate or promote it due to its alleged lack of political correctness.

Now this doesn’t surprise me or anyone. Especially with Sweet Baby Inc.’s history of harassing others.
Any game or studio that does not conform is lambasted by games journalism and made a target either by hit pieces or outright slander if they do not comply. From Take Two Interactive to Shift Up. To Warner Brothers Games. The censor grift and moral panic has taken an insidious form.
The internet, in just the past twenty years, has made it easy to maintain social illusions and mass deception. This means that people are repeating and regurgitating lies that they don’t really believe in in order to not only fit in but are just collectively Gaslit and given a mental trap. as being flawed on a personal, mental or spiritual level.
It’s abuse.
The idea that Fame is what people think makes someone successful in the eyes of society is the bottom of the list when people are actually polled.
People in the southern United states, mostly opposed segregation but went along with it anyway because that’s what they thought EVERYONE ELSE believed. So they went along with it anyway.
We see the same with Nintendo, Sony, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Volition. From State Street, to Vanguard to Blackrock and other such banks thinking that their ESG and DEI projects and censoring art will lead to sustainable investing.
The facts paint a different story as the money is now drying up. These ideas and the like are so cherished that banks and investing firms that own most of the worlds’ wealth would bankrupt the retirement funds of millions of Americans (and those of other countries) for this sacred mantra of “Diversity our way or else”.
Not only the monetary loss incalculable. The loss to culture, and how humans treat each other has been an erosion of social trust and moral fabric that has led American society down hill and has wrecked the liberal societies of the UK with speech laws, blasphemy laws and arresting/Social Canceling of people for offensive Facebook posts.
With such disasters, a society collapses, throw identity politics in the mix and you get a very loud minority of people barking orders at everyone else how to behave, and conform. Making people choose things they not only normally wouldn’t choose but engage in behaviors and repeating thoughts they themselves do not believe to be true.
This has even led to lies and distortions of whole parts of history where the lie is so often repeated that it becomes “real”.
It’s a form of control and abuse that seems to find itself at home being able to abuse and harm others and institute misinformed or downright destructive policies that serve the very few and trample on the rights and liberties of so many of us.
To see the kind of society that can foster such “sensitivity readers” and “beta readers” and other such grifts is a sad sight for anyone. To ban flags, to tear down statues, admittedly even offensive ones, is a moral wrong that helps us to forget our past so we are doomed to repeat it.
The dramatic and theatric idea that words and symbols cause harm is trying to say that words and images and ideas are akin to a mugging or a home invasion. These people want only THEIR ideas to invade you and you literally have no choice due to psychological manipulation and the gaming of our need to belong and conform. This is so primal that denying someone this is akin to physical pain.
Such people know this and so will either be a politician with promises or an activist looking to make a fortune just to guilt people and collect a a tithe. This is cult behavior. This is bad. Such practices are not only leaving us poorer in the economic sense but in every other sense. Making us needlessly miserable, even submissive to these self-appointed, self anointed intellectuals, oligarchs, and sectarian identity grifters.
They will keep the troubles of group X, Y, or Z in the forefront of the American (or any country) collective consciousness because it pays in sympathy and money. These people do not want people of X, Y, or Z group to lose their grievances because then they will lose their jobs. Equality is a dirty word in these circles. They even say as such publicly for the reasons that equality is just a way to keep an oppressive status quo. In honesty it’s a way to always have an ever changing standard of what counts as “fair” so they can keep getting money from tax payers. To act like the book burning church of the Middle Ages, the MPAA with the Hayes code, Comstock, or the anti-woke that also wishes to purge books they don’t like.
To look over stories for quotas and standards and “soft language” is something that is befitting only in the Dark Ages and all such modern attempts at it should be not only reversed, but rebuked with every atom if we are ever to be truly free.
It is why efforts to call this naked emperor as naked has always been met with harsh judgment, harassment or even violence and loss of life. I personally was almost a victim.
More Pragmatically, to get rid of such political correctness, to undo it would make 90% of the population happy and eccoomically benefit everyone even including the 10% that impose such pseudo-progressive values on to us. We owe it to ourselves and future generations to do this of only to be happy today and now. If only to have better, more honest social interactions and art that inspires instead of preaches.
This honesty will also bring back the money lost by cutting off a cancerous tumor that has made us misserable for decades. We can have progressive things, we can have more environmentally conscious strategies. Woke or not we will be having more honest disagreements instead of vicious political and social divisions and “sides” that throw mud at eachother and benefit no one. Extremists at each other's throats with the normal people afraid to speak out or against what they falsely perceive what everyone else believes to be true. That latter society is one where mental health deteriorates given such a double bind and cognitive dissonance.
It is hell to people like me. It’s worse than being in the closet.
So don’t put up with it. Just say no.
