Apple’s own iCloud storage does this seamlessly without any compressions like Google Photos, it’s not free but it’s very cheap, like $.99/month, I think. A user who has no idea how storage works on their iPhone will not be even the right audience/target-user of Snapchat. This issue might be placed in a different “problem” bucket.
