Feb 28, 2019 · 2 min read

After VOLTEX had already participated in SLUSH in Helsinki, the team moved to Tokyo with the same edition. The aim was to get to know the Asian market and its challenges better and to expand the network. SLUSH Tokyo is the ultimate platform for those who wish to enter Japan and those who wish to expand out of it. Through bringing together young tech enthusiasts, key industry players and different community builders, SLUSH create a thriving startup ecosystem under one roof.

Slush Tokyo 2018 welcomed 6,000 attendees from all over the world with 600 startups, 200 investors, and 300 media organizations in a two-day event made possible through our 600 volunteers. This gave VOLTEX every reason not to miss such a huge event.

VOLTEX demo booth

At our booth the SLUSH visitors had the opportunity to inform themselves about VOLTEX. These included various players from industry, the energy market, but also investors. An interested environment that shares our vision regarding the future energy market. Above all, visitors from the automotive industry were interested in our solution and shared their challenges with us. We are confident that VOLTEX will also make a significant contribution to this sector.

We are pleased that our product has also found its first approval in the Asian part of the world map.

It was a complete exciting time at SLUSH Tokyo. Two intense days that let us take a step forward. We thank the very good organization and the efficient design of this event.
