What exactly isn’t okay about the way she’s been treated? If you know your income, you know the cost of rent, and you still decide to spend almost all of your income on an expensive apartment instead of finding a solution like roommates, then that’s entirely on you. In fact, I don’t think getting free food and fancy drinks and full insurance coverage and a chance to work your way up the ladder after only one year of service sounds unreasonable at all.

Or were you referring to the company letting her go after she publicly blamed them for not living up to her expectations of raising her paycheck to 100k USD after three months of entry level work?
