The starting salary for university graduates in India is at a median average of Rs 25,000 per month. The range can be wide from Rs 10,000 to Rs 60,000. An engineering fresher earn an average salary Rs 30,000. On the other hand, tech support, customer service, administration and manufacturing ranged from Rs 16,000 to Rs 18000.
A fresher from MBA background an average salary of Rs 40,000. The range can be between Rs 14,000 and Rs 1.44 lakh. The survey also reveals that the salary offered in Singapore and China for entry-level individuals is five times ahead. Maybe it is due to the cost of living and other related factors.
