I’ve been going through an early-life crisis in a similar fashion for the last year..

I’m at the stage now where I have pretty much healed my depression. I’ve changed my circumstance (left school to pursue web development), quit abusing substances, and cut out a lot of other things in my life that I found to be an inefficient use of my time such as (most) social media.

However, there are still a few things holding me back from reaching my full potential. Primarily, I still have relationships I hold on to; both because of a fear of feeling alone, and because I’ve known the individuals basically my entire life. I know that these relationships are not healthy for me.

Do you have any advice on how to deal with loneliness and how to love yourself more? Also how to deal with relationships that are hard to let go of?
