When we feel kindness and love for others, it not only make others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us to develop inner peace and happiness.Kindness plays very important role in the lives of people who are fighting different life challenges and battles.Kindness provides emotional warmth.Kindness is good for health.

Kindness is a great tool to do what you are not able to do by power and force.
My acts of kindness I did.
1.Helped my roommate in cooking some food.
2.Offered a cup of tea to my hostel guard.
3.Helped my juniors in a project
4.Helped my cousin in solving difficult math problems.
5.Gave few rupees to beggar.
My roommate cooks food for us twice in a week.And he has to bring all the stuff from the market by himself and then has to prepare all the stuff for cooking.This week I asked him I will help you in cooking food.I brought the stuff from market and prepared it for cooking and helped him in cooking.I offered tea to my hostel guard and wished me good luck for my career.I helped my juniors in a project in which they got stuck.And they were thankful to me for this kind deed.Helping my cousin who was really worried about math problems.And I gave few rupees to beggar to have some food for him.
“Kindness is a gift that puts smile on someone else’s face”Showing kindness to my closed ones and people was really a warm and happier experience for me.After doing these act of kindness I was feeling my self light,spiritually energized and happy.I was enjoying this feeling of satisfaction.We should do such beautiful acts of kindness in our daily lives to keep others happy and to be satisfied and happy in our lives.
