We are excited to announce that Walken is launching beta tests on March 14! The long-awaited, well-polished version of the game will be available on iOS mobile devices.
Beta will run on the Solana Mainnet. Test economy will be powered with Beta Wlkn (BWLKN) token. 1 mln BWLKN is allocated to be distributed among testers as competition rewards.
To ensure an optimized users’ experience, we will open the closed beta test in stages. The first phase is to be launched on March 14 and will run for a month. The first 2000 emails of those who signed up for the testers whitelist on the website will receive an invite link to join Walken beta on iOS devices. Each player will be able to sign up, create a wallet and get an NFT playable character called CAThlete for free.
Android beta testers will be able to join and experience what Walken has to offer short after the iOS users. Stay tuned and don’t miss the beta test announcement in Android!
Depending on how many testers would actually sign up and jump in, we’ll consider inviting more testers on this stage.
We would like to thank everyone who would participate in beta and will be extremely grateful for any feedback that will help us prepare for the global launch. Beside being an early explorers, beta-testers will have s bunch of advantages:
- The Beta Wlkn (BWLKN) tokens gained during beta test will be exchanged to $WLKN once the main version is released. The exact exchange rate will be announced later;
- Most active beta-testers will receive a special NFT reward only available to those who joined beta test. This reward will stay available in a player’s wallet after the bets is finished;
Special notes:
- All assets such as CAThletes and NFTs will not be transferable to the main version.
- The configuration and game rules are not finalized as they can be revised from any point between now and until the main version is released.
