Isaac from the blog updated trends says, Fix Stuff That Might Be Broken, Rotting or Needs Attention

Caring for your homes is as important as caring for yourself. If there is stuff in your home that needs to be repaired, fixed or discarded, you have to do it without fail as the state of your home often goes on to reflect the state of your life.” —Isaac at updatedtrends.com

Don’t keep broken & unfinished stuff around. Unless you’re a Ms. or Mr. fixit of the first order who actually finishes household repair and craft projects, let go of your broken junk. Pass it on to an artist who’ll actually put it into a collage or sculpture. Have you ever seen those mirrors in the ladies and gents rooms in Dali’s restaurant in Somerville? The frames are composed of old watches, jewelry, nuts and bolts all glued down on a frame that houses the mirror. Artistic recycling is the greatest excuse for maintaining clutter stashes. Quilters have fabrics, sculptors have junkyard fixings, but if you’ve got a house full of UFO’s (unfinished objects), it’s time to pass your stash on to someone who will use it. Better, yet, just take a deep breath and throw it out.

Here’s a wild recycling use of old books!
