The fact is that you will still need a HEPA vacuum cleaner and microfiber dusting cloth to clean your floors and furniture if you have an air purifier. That’s not true with all air purifiers. The fact is that only those air purifiers who are specially designed to remove viruses or tobacco smoke can do so.

MYTH NO # 4

Air purifier works well at any speed set by you

This is another big misconception. The fact is that effectiveness and efficiency of an air purifier depend on a great deal on the speed of air purifier. It is to be noted that many air purifiers have a noisy fan. A lot of people lower the speed of air purifier in order to avoid the noise of the fan. When they do so, an air purifier becomes unable to cover the maximum square footage it can cover.

The air purifier is the best solution for people with dust mite allergies.

Undoubtedly, an air purifier is a good way to catch dust mite particles but it should be not your first step towards tackling your dust mite allergy problem. Instead, you should first buy mattress covers and pillow covers because mattresses and pillows are the most loved places of the dust mite.
