Yes, I want to work part time. There are three modes of work via Toptal: part time, full time and hourly.
Part time means 20+ hours a week, full time means 40+. Hourly has no constraints other then what you agree on with the client.

From my experience, part-time is the most frequent (at least was for me), full time just a bit less, and rarely you’d get a hourly contract.

Rates are always hourly, so if your rate is X on a part time deal, you’d get 20X hours for that contract every week. That’s why I want to experiment freelancing on Toptal.
