Written like a grown-up who understands the difference between reality and ‘if only’ land. This is what 200 years of making the political sausage looks like. It’s not pretty, but it works for us. That speaks more for the strength of the people of the country than the leaders who would deign to lead it so we need to be very wary of anyone who says he alone is the answer to all our ills.

We can only hope those who might glibly devalue their voice and their vote re-think their position before November.
