My Best Morning Routine

It starts the day before at night!!
Preparation: The night before I draft emails and create a to-do list for the next day
I also take a shower the night before to just get up and go
This helps me decrease the chances of running into decision fatigue aka DEATH
Once I get a good nights rest I do the following in the mornign:
7:30 — Wake up, drink 2 cups water, and make bed (Instant Win)
7:40 — Pray
7:50 — Read bible and say 26 affirmations
8:10 — Deep breaths — Gratitude — Clearing of mind
8:12 — Brush Teeth (electric tooth brush — use those 2 mins to dream)
8:15 — Read news
8:30 — Review goals and to-do list for the day
8:35 — Shoot off all drafted emails from the night before (Instant Wins)
8:40 — Look at emails and texts for the first time
8:45 — Eat and get started with my day
