Why I deleted the Spotify app from my phone?
Simple — I was addicted
We have to be self aware of our distractions
We also have to be ruthless with breaking bad habits
So I deleted Spotify and replaced it
I chose Audible the audio book app
I want to spend 80% of my down time learning
Not listening to Drake
Since this decision I have broke other habits
Bingeing on Netflix
Checking emails all the time
Looking at social media multiple times in an hour
Now I have a more focused day
Closer to achieving my goals
