6. The humanization of politics.

The popular idea of humanizing Mexico is an attempt to settle the social differences that exist in a country full of plurality. The current administration uses the word, but not the philosophy, to unite, to change the way we think.

This is not new, delays in education give many parishioners. Political discourse has been corrupted in the past fifty years until it reached its current form. Wrapped between moral and ethical signs, he justifies himself to the citizens for his lack of achievements; they name the antagonists of the government in turn; those who do not allow him to do whatever he wants. Not because they are powerful — who is more powerful than the government itself — but because they are the bad guys in the story.

For the present administration, to humanize is to connect Mexicans with their past and accept, respect and integrate those they call, Pueblos Originales. Another mythical figure within this new political gospel.

Oratory, increasingly pitiful, is absorbed by the majority because in this way we take away the responsibility of assuming the consequences that the search for growth brings. With empty verbiage, we are appeased; the culprits of being as we are the others…
