I write to encourage you to continue the debate. To give you the best chance of persuading me to your side, let me tell you the major point that needs addressing from my perspective: whether or not the climate models demonstrate skill. All of your references to what catastrophes may befall us in the future are beside the point if the models have no skill and precisely the point if they do.
