Ionic 4 with Cordova working with Android and IOS. What’s not documented anywhere.

For the sake of SEO, a few ways I would have look this up on Google (go Google!):

  • ionic firebase ios deeplink not working
  • firebase ios passwordless not trigger
  • ionic deeplink ios step by step

I was recently building an IOS and Android app with Ionic 4 and Cordova (had to, couldn’t try Capacitor). However, even though if you read enough you may get it work on Android (there’s a lot of new concepts you’d need to read about), IOS is a whole different animal with missing information, a bunch of people on StackOverflow and Ionicframework.com forums asking about it.

Oracles for Hyperledger Fabric with Convector Suite

How to gather data from the real-world (i.e.: APIs) and boost your smart contracts built with Convector Suite.

Hello all. Walter from WorldSibu here. Our open source community grows every day and as it matures along with the framework we can move to more complex topics.

This topic was recently discussed in the Discord chat so I decided to create an example of how to work with oracles in Convector Suite (not to be confused with “Oracle” the company 🧐).

This blog post is to help you understand what oracles are, how to integrate them…

As some of you know, we have had an experimental project called conv-rest-api that aims to create REST servers without a single line of code from your smart contract.

The project initially contributed by Luca Tamburrano has raised enormous interest in developers, so we decided to get involved in the matter and help the development with our core team.

We are glad to announce the first BETA release of the Convector Rest Server. The project is published here.

The idea is simple, build your smart contract, get a back end REST server without coding extra pieces.

Hyperledger Fabric 1.2+ supports a recent feature called Private Data. In this Convector example I want to show how it works.

One of the main concerns the enterprise has around the Blockchain technology is the “public” by default state of most of the frameworks and networks out there.

Private Data is a feature that allows organizations in a network to share both “public” (accessible to all participants) and private data in the same channel.

A channel in Hyperledger Fabric is the actual ledger. It has policies and settings on its own, and is usually the result of multiple organizations connected together.

For example, 10 organizations in a commercial network may want to see every transaction between each of them, but would…

While developing a smart contract, it’s wise to avoid time-wasting tasks. One is the need to deploy in a heavy to setup environment just to test your changes.

With Convector, you can run local unit tests with a Mock ledger that you can also use to debug your code. With the latest versions of Hurley and Convector Smart Contracts it’s now even possible to debug straight from the blockchain.

Unit tests

What are Unit Tests

In case you haven’t heard of them, it’s a way to create some code that automatically tests your code (yeah, trust the machines 😁).

In general, you grab a unit of…
