A day at Said Pur village,Islamabad,Pakistan.

Saidpur village was in my list for a couple of months but I didn’t get a chance to visit this place.

recently, I finally got the chance to visit this amazing place and fell completely in love with it.

so, Saidpur is a village which is located on the slopes of Margalla hills and located off the hill road to the east of daman e Koh in Islamabad, Pakistan.it has been the home for various civilization including Mughal, Buddhist, Ashoka and Gandhara.

In 2006, CDA took steps to convert this beautiful place into a tourist attraction and guess what, they succeeded.

It is a beautiful place with lots of historic buildings and other sites.there are a number of restaurants as well so that you can enjoy the beauty of the place and munch on your favourite food at the same time.

there are also some art galleries at said pur village with some wonderful artwork samples.

so if you were looking for an art piece for your house, you should definitely check it out.

HOW TO REACH THERE?

if you have your own vehicle, well and good. however, if you don’t have any transport with you then it is time to use THE METRO BUS :3

simply get on the bus from Saddar Rawalpindi(if you are from there) and get off from the bus at 7TH avenue station.from there get a taxi and you will be there in 5 minutes. simple. isn’t it? :D

MY RATING:

5/5.

I am a big lover of historic places so it was one of the best places I ever visited in Islamabad.
