Its resilience against wear, aging, and chemical corrosion makes it an ideal choice for environments with corrosive fertilizer materials like Urea and MAP DAP.

The significance of granulator liners cannot be overstated in compound fertilizer production. Previously, equipment service life was significantly shortened due to material corrosiveness. While natural rubber liners offer numerous advantages, they do have limitations. Their heat and oil resistance may fall short in high-temperature environments like NPK compound fertilizer dryers. Additionally, geographical and climatic constraints on natural rubber production can impact its availability.

Installation Tips for Rubber Liners

Installing a rubber-backed liner requires careful preparation. Prior to installation, allow the rolled rubber plate to stretch freely for 3 to 4 weeks. During installation, ensure the long side of the rubber plate aligns with the cylinder axis, and meticulously clean lining bolt holes to facilitate proper bolt placement.

Introducing SS304 and PP Polypropylene Liners

In cases where rubber linings are unsuitable, alternative materials like SS304 stainless steel and PP polypropylene come into play. SS304 offers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for highly corrosive materials like potassium sulfate. On the other hand, PP polypropylene boasts excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and environmental friendliness, making it suitable for various fertilizer equipment applications.
