How To Read A Self-Help Book In 90 Minutes
Darius Foroux

Thank you for your wonderful reminder, Darius.

I always read books for the lousy reasons you mentioned, recommendations or bestsellers. I knew there’s something wrong in it, but didn’t know what it is exactly. Now I got it.

I need to read books for now and apply what I read in life. Books choose people, too. Not every book is valuable for everyone. I’ll keep it in mind.

Plus, I tend to dive into a book without looking at the table of content or backcover which I realize not so efficient.

The art of skimming is another thing I should learn.

And recall what I read several days later sounds pretty useful.
