There are many articles which said how to deal with a break up. Alright

But actually it’s the time which only has healing power.

I do not understand the idea of reading or writing something.or watching something or yeah the exercise fact totally disagree ,I can say with my personal experience, you behave like stubborn about your relationship and this is the reason you can not see the perspective of other person because you just make it cover each side of your thinking capacity so that you can not see the good in the situation or anything not in any person n about positive people they can’t help you with your state of mind because you are your master here…cry cry cry and try try try but never give up because your fear of rejection born with break up , this is not true this is illusion you are still most eligible you are a most beautiful or most handsome don’t let any body to play with your confidence n stop them to forcefully feel that you are rejected or not a good person.just because you are so deep in love you believe the person is there for you n best partner in the world but this is your ultimate mistake your most desirable partner is no more in your life this is not end of a world don’t blame your self.

Because it’s not you. You are precious if you still want to cry then ok cry. weep n get over it, now like time goes n you feel better then you can focus on your goals don’t push yourself

You have your own choice let time will heal you . When time goes n goes n goes n went then you feel better n then you have that courage to see it’s the good thing happened with you. One thing always keep in mind that you are very much important Person.
