I wish I wrote this. I think I’ve made every mistake you’ve presented and come out the other side feeling pretty much in line with your thinking. As agencies we are all at different stages or growth and maturity and so are our prospective clients / partners. The goal is to find the ones who come closest to matching at that exact moment.
