Lets clean our Home
A recent property owner we visited had their property up for sale. They advised that ten people had viewed the property with no offers at all.
They asked for feedback as to why no offers. The response was that the house smelt and the carpets were in need of a deep clean.
So this homeowner decided to clean the carpets themselves. Off they went to Tesco and hired the carpet cleaner. They were cleaning all their carpets for two days, doing repetitive cleaning. The results they achieved was not good at all. In fact, their attempt to clean their own carpets made the situation worse. The smell was even worse than before, and they had to open all the windows in the house.
Our company was contacted via a recommendation from one of their friends.
Before we attempted the clean we visited the property. On entering the smell hit you, The smell was of dog. The funny thing was that their dog passed away 12 months earlier. Our initial inspection on the carpets were favourable for the customer, ie. they would clean up, and they would be odour free. However i got a waft from the walls of the doggy odour. I advised that the walls would need treating too. The customer was given the costings for the work which they were shocked at. Anyway they decided to go ahead with the work.
Three days later we arrived at site. My colleague started upstairs, and hoovered the carpets. Now we use a Sebo, and we had to change the filter bags twice, and this was a customer who advised they hoovered religiously daily.
The odour element of the clean was easy or so were thought. Just spray and leave to dwell. The manufactures guidelines read — odour treatment on carpets or walls. Just spray and leave to dwell for ten minutes. The advanced formula destroys the odour by breaking down the chemical compounds. In fact the odour was so strong it took three treatments.
That done we were now in a position to set up and proceed with the carpet cleaning.
The first thing we actioned was treating any strong signs of stainage throughout the house. We then applied our pres pray and agitated this into the carpet. Again, a dwell time of ten minutes per room was given.
Machine all set up, defoamer poured into the waste tank, psi set at 350, and temperature set at 80 degrees. Of we went, room by room.

The cleaning went as planned, however what we did after each room was cleaned was decided to again apply the odour eliminator, and place two air movers into each room for ten minutes at a time. The results achieved gave our customer a smile like a Cheshire cat. And the reason for this little bit of a pat on the back for us, it this morning the customer has called to advise that they had a viewing and they have had accepted the offer. The comment from the purchaser was that the house smelt of oranges, and the carpets were like new.
They have also told other freind of theirs that carpet cleaning warrington deliver that highest and professional service
