Pimple is a skin problem that usually start during the teenage years. Hormone change cause gland in your hair follicles to produce too much SEBUM trapping dead skin cell and black head, pustules or cyst developing pimple is very common affecting 80% to 90% teenagers. And it’s usually worse during the teenage years and in early of 20s, but can continue into the 40s, especially in Women. And it’s common on face, neck and shoulders. And it can also appears on other part of the body.

Pimple is not infection and can’t be scrubbed away by keeping your skin excessively clean.

HOW TO REDUCE OR END PIMPLES ON YOUR BODY

  • Wash your face twice daily
  • Keep your hair clean always
  • Refrain from harsh scrubbing
  • Refrain from popping or picking at pimples
  • Talk to dermatologist about antibiotics
  • Cut off food that can link to pimples, food that produce oil to body
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Apply topical treatments
  • Consider topical retinoids (Vitamin A) such as
