People will complain about how their mobile photos look bad, but the fact is that people aren’t taking enough time taking the photos. Usually, people will open the Camera app and tap the button to take the photo. But for me, it isn’t that simple.
I use VSCO Cam, which is available on iOS and Android, and it is an amazing mobile camera app. The app is free of charge and allows you to fully customize your photos, settings such as exposure, focus, brightness and contrast can be changed manually and you can also set decent filters on the photograph you took instead of doing it all manually.
The app features a lot of sharing options so you can instantly post your photograph to services such as Tumblr, Flickr and Instagram. You can also publish your photos onto the VSCO Grid.
So in summary, your phone can take decent photos, you just need the right tool to complete the task. And to complete that task, I use VSCO Cam.
At some point if you were serious about mobile photography I’d recommend looking at some tripod mounts for it, but otherwise have fun taking photos!
