In this exciting activity, the main characters are Waves Ducks. Your task is to fly as far as possible to win the coveted prizes. The tournament will last from September 11, 00:00 UTC to September 15, 23:59 UTC: you can join it at any time before the tournament ends. The main prize in the tournament is an S size land worth 250 USDT and a half of the collected fees for the tournament. Rewards will be distributed among participants according to the following formula:
Prize fund * (number of participant points / number of points of all participants competing for the prize fund).
In order to join the tournament, you must have an NFT duck from Waves Ducks. If you already have one, great — make sure it is unstaked (not on the perch, not participating in Duck Hunt or Duck Wars). If you don’t have the duck, you can purchase it on the Waves Ducks marketplace.
Tournament registration
1. First of all, you need to stake the duck in WavesLands. To do this, click on the “Company” section and then click on “Ducks”. You will see the ducks available to you. Clicking on the name of the duck will take you to the character card. Click on “Stake.”
2. Now let’s proceed to the registration for the tournament. To do this, click on the “Activities’’ section. Then, under the image of the cup, click on the “Registration” button. To pay for registration, you will need WLGOLD tokens. You can purchase them on Puzzle Swap and WX Network. . The cost is 100 WLGOLD (3 USDT at the current rate).
3. Congratulations, you are almost there! After registering, you will see the necessary information about the tournament, and below you will see your character that will be participating in the flights. Click on the “Activate” button, and then click on the “Start Flight” button. Your first attempt at participating in a round of flights will be free. To participate in the subsequent rounds, you will need to pay for attempts.

4. Go to the flight round. Choose a path to the finish line and, after reaching it, click on the “Fly” button. You will see your result and get access to the next round.
5. You will be able to track your progress in the tournament leaderboard, which can be found in the “Activity” section. You will be able to check where you stand among all characters, how many attempts you had in the tournament, what part of the prize your duck claims, and how much you need to fly to beat your opponents.
6. As soon as a duck runs out of life (hp), it dies. You will see this in the results by completing a flight. In this case, you will need to click on the “Finish Attempt” button. Back on the leaderboard page you will see that the status of your attempt will be listed as “inactive”, and below you will find yourself in the ranking among the participants.
7. To reactivate your attempt status go to the “Attempt” section and then click on the “Activate” button. The activation fee equal to 10 WLGOLD will be paid. After activation, your attempt status will become active again and you will have access to flights. The number of attempts is not limited, the best result will be fixed in the tournament leaderboard.
