Overseeing day-to-day operations in a startup, highly collaborative and demanding e-commerce environment. You will ensure the success of the e-commerce strategy through constant monitoring of the operational KPI’s (conversion, checkout drop off, transaction fees, chargebacks and order processing, customer service satisfaction, etc.).You will be responsible for the overall end to end management and coordination of full-order cycle, align metrics and resources to leverage volume for highest return. This position is a key contact to record and track quality, quantity, delivery times and transport cost while maintaining efficiency.

Job Description

  • Develop systems and processes to improve fulfilment lead-time including drawing and documenting processes where necessary
  • Provides overall leadership for fulfillments operations, including directing, implementing, and maintaining operational-level strategies and objectives
  • Monitor and ensure area of responsibility’s compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures and directives by developing, distributing, and/or maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, and use information to identify operational improvements (e.g., production, quality, safety).
  • Ensure the site meets or exceeds weekly key performance indicators and goals including demand, conversion,
  • Improve the business processes for all key aspects of operations through analysis and collaboration with internal team members and outside vendors while ensuring standards are maintained
  • Work closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all production issues, orders and quality issues.
  • Enhancement of Customer Experience/Vendor Experience and ensuring all technical issues are fixed in a timely manner.
  • Track and report key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them

Required skills & qualification

  • Clear understanding of Logistics network management, Retail or Customer Service processes and priorities
  • Experience of supply chain management and transportation concepts: forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, delivery performance, carrier negotiation, inventory management, S&OP.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to analyze problems encountered during work activity and recommend solutions.
