Assange’s denials were unnecessary. We have already heard from highly credible sources that Russia didn’t interfere with the election. First and foremost is Vladimir Putin, a bastion of truthfulness, who says Russia didn’t interfere in the election, although he did the leave the door open that overly zealous Russian patriots might have done a teeny bit of hacking, but hey, what can the head of a totalitarian goverment do about that. Then there’s the impeccable Donald Trump Jr. Who told us flat out the Trump campaign had nothing to do with Russia. Let’s see, when was that. I think it was right after he, Manafort and his brother-in law met with the Russian lawyer, the Russian agent and a couple of other Rissians to discuss how the Russian government could help Trunp’s campaign by providing really reliable dirt on Hillary. You remember, the meeting he lied about with 5 different stories, the first lie being the one his President father concocted on Air Force One?

Then there’s our beloved attorney general who has told us he never net with russians, except of course a couple of times he met with the Russian ambassador Kislyak. But then he never discussed campaign issues with him…er i don’t think so, anway. Well i guess he could have, but he’s not really sure because he doesn’t really remember what he talked about. I mean he is getting old, and you know how forgetful we all get as we get older, especially when it comes to little things like Treason.

And who can ignore the statement of Paul Manafort, an upstanding paid agent representing Russian oligarchs close to Putin. I know, he hadn’t gotten around to registering as a paid foreign at the time he barged into the republican pre-convention to convince the Republican party to drop the opposition to Russia that was a central issue of the Republican platform since.. let’s see, around the time of the Eisenhower presidency. But give him a break. He’s been out of the country representing secession efforts in other countries for Russia, efforts supported fully by the US government… or were we adamantly opposed to them? Hard to remember in the confusion of all the other conflicting stories about the election.

So the denial by a child molester hiding out in some foreign embassy to avoid prosecution in his home country was really redundant since we’ve already heard from so many upstanding citizens. Say, do you collect art? I hear Trump has an original Renoir he might be willing to part with. You know, the one that the art museum in Chicago has a copy of on display.
