Perhaps people from backgrounds which are poor in resources or exposure are just less likely to go to college, just like they’re less likely to have other opportunities — and they are fundamentally angry because they can see that most of our society is ignoring them, mocking them. Maybe “college” is just an outcome marker, not an experience that itself affects your likely support of Trump … I wonder, is Trump support better correlated with college experience than other markers of low socioeconomic standing such as, income, age of car, whatever?
