No, I have not promoted her because even though she is an excellent employee when she works, she refuses to work overtime, leaves early 2–3 times per month, is late 3–5 times per month, and won’t work 3rd shift. All while her equally excellent male co-workers are on time, never leave early, work overtime, and are willing to work 3rd shift when asked.
